Ethical and professional code of conduct TotalSoft S.A.

Integrity and transparency is the first of the six values ​​of Total Soft S.A. and it is the basis of our activity. This Code of Ethical and Professional Conduct is a practical guide designed to help Total Soft S.A. employees. to carry out its activity based on well-defined values. It is the duty of all employees to know, understand, comply with the code, but also to report any potential violations.

The Code of Ethical and Professional Conduct includes three basic pillars:
    1. Commitment to clients in providing professional services
             • Integrity – we are direct and honest in our professional opinions and business dealings. We are honest and open about the services we offer, our knowledge and experience.
             • Professional behavior – we respect professional standards, laws and regulations in force. We avoid actions that can discredit us and promote a culture of professionalism and personal responsibility that supports customers and stimulates the quality of the services we offer. We understand the wider impact of our work on society, our employees and our customers, and conduct business with all these interests in mind.
             • Objectivity – we are objective in forming our professional opinions and the consulting services we provide. We do not allow subjectivity, conflict of interest or the influence of others to affect our thinking and professional responsibility.
            • Quality – we are committed to providing quality services, putting our extensive experience, deep understanding of business challenges, qualified resources and available information at the service of our clients. Our mission is to build solutions that support our clients to deliver new types of market value, to create a new growth trajectory for their businesses. A culture of information security awareness is systematically built through recurring briefings conducted with the help of the DPO role within the company.

    Total Soft S.A. will consider any behavior that consists of:
            a) the action of repeated violation of the provisions of this Code of Ethical and Professional Conduct;
            b) causing other people to violate the provisions of this Code of Ethical and Professional Conduct;
            c) refusal to make available to the human resources department any data and information related to cases of violation of the rules of this Code of Ethical and Professional Conduct;
            d) actions of intimidation against persons who have disclosed or intend to disclose to the human resources department the facts that violate this Code of Ethical and Professional Conduct.

After analyzing a violation of the Code of Ethical and Professional Conduct, if a violation is found, the human resources department within Total Soft S.A. will decide on the way of resolution depending on the gravity and repetitiveness of the act.
